Warranty Information
- All proper fluid levels must be maintained.
- Landfill Equipment retains the right to repair the components or to replace them with rebuilt components. Repairing and/or replacing components will not extend the warranty period.
- This warranty will not include any damage caused by abuse, neglect or lack of proper maintenance.
- Any overheating of the Component will void the warranty.
- Oil samples or oil sample test results must be provided for every 250 hrs. service that is done.
- Purchaser will notify Landfill Equipment immediately of any malfunction of the warranted items.
- All warranty work will be performed by Landfill Equipment personnel or by others who have been authorized by Landfill Equipment in advance of the work being performed.
- There is no warranty implied or expressed other than that which is stated herein.
